Have you ever had a passion to do something but just didn’t know how to get there?

Today we have author Amy Parker on the show and we talk all about her journey of becoming an author.  She shares with us her story on what it looked like before she became a writer and what she has learned along the way.  Amy also chatted about why she wants to encourage moms to instill a lifelong love of reading with our kids.  We talk about working at home, and how that has it’s pros and cons as well as some advice she shares with us when it comes to pursuing our dreams.  One story that stood out to me is when she told us that all her jobs leading to her becoming an author were preparing her for writing children’s books. Hear what she says about this topic and more on the podcast.
