What do you want for your weight this summer?
Today I am going to be talking about being intentional this summer with your weight loss goals. As school gets out it can be a time of transition which can often times feel stressful. We lose our routine and the next thing we know we have all these excuses to why we can’t lose weight. So in this episode I talk about what would you like your summer to look like for your goals? If you are like most moms your week to week looks different depending on if your kids are going to camps, or being home all week or if you are traveling. Let’s figure out what your goals are for this summer, do you want to keep on losing weight, maintain or be willing to gain some weight so that you can enjoy foods and friends this summer? So, if you want to figure out how live life without worrying about what you are going to eat at the party, when you are on vacation and when you are staying in other people’s homes without gaining weight then this session is for you.
