Have you ever thought about the things that you store in your house that you never use?

Today we have Stephanie Sikora back on the show for part 4 of our simplifying series! Today we will be talking about storage and the cost that comes with storing a lot of things in our homes.  Stephanie challenges us to think about how much money we paying to store stuff in our house, how much of our mortgage are we spending to just store stuff? I thought that was such a great way to think about that.  Something I want to encourage you guys on is to think about what you are storing, if you had to pay for that space is that what you would want to be spending your money on in order to hold on those things? Maybe you would rather have that space for something else, take time to think about those things. One tip that Stephanie shared with us is start with easy projects, don’t tackle the most difficult thing first.  Hear what she says about this topic and more on the podcast.

Did you miss the last 3 weeks of our Simplifying Series, where Stephanie and I talk about managing papers, kids stuff, and daily systems.  Click here here to check out it: Managing papers and kids stuff , Daily Systems

Don’t lose your fitness and health goals during COVID

So this goes into my favorite things for today, and if you are like me, your gym has shut down, I miss going to Burn and luckily they are streaming live daily so that helps but if you guys don’t have that luxury and you are wanting to stay on top of your health and fitness goals, with that said, if you guys have heard me talk about the program LEAN, I don’t want you to discount it if you don’t have weight to lose! I noticed Amanda who created this program has up her game with her workouts so that the people doing the sessions are going to get pretty cool exercise plans! So even if you don’t need to lose weight, this is a great program to feel like you are part of a community and staying accountable to your goals during this time.  One thing that I really like about LEAN is that you learn so much about nutrition! Amanda is a dietitian and prides herself in the level of education that her clients get and know that they leave LEAN so much more empowered and educated before they jumped on board. So It’s 7 weeks online program she helps you figure out your macros, food prep, recipes and workouts.  I feel like this would be the perfect time to jump on board, she has sessions every few weeks and I have a special code just for you guys where you get $10 off and the referral code is MOM.  You can get the link in the show notes , also I will include the episode I did with her where she talks about the program if you have not heard that episode before.  Like always if you have any questions feel free to ask me.
I don’t normally list off the dates on the podcast because people listen to this at all different times but because we are in Cornovirus locked down I wanted to make sure you guys know the upcoming dates so that you can plan for it.
