Not only that, it’s easy to over eat and not focus on your health goals. It’s easy to get caught up in the crazy schedules and not stick to your workout plans or goals. So instead of being black and white about December, what if we approach the new year in bite size steps. Just like an on-ramp you start to pick up the pace to get on the freeway.
