Do you feel guilty when you carve out time just for yourself?

Today we have Jennifer Thompson back on the show for our 3- part series on mom-guilt.  Jennifer and I talk about how it can be so hard as moms to make time for ourselves.  That it’s so easy to put our needs last and in the end it’s not beneficial for anyone! Self-care is such a big topic these days and I think that many moms think that they have to run off on a girls-trip, or escape to a spa retreat to be able to check that box off. Were here talking about how just taking moments throughout the day to yourself can reap huge benefits.  From getting up in the morning before the kids and having a cup of coffee, or taking a nap if you have a baby instead of cleaning the kitchen to making time to work out so that you feel good not only physically but mentally.  Hear what we say about this topic and more on the podcast.
