What could you do today that your future self would thank you for?
Today I talk all about how to envision your future self and why it’s so important when it comes to achieving your goals. When you think about this question it requires us to be willing to think about it from our future self. Sometimes it’s too hard for people to think too far out, so I want you to think about a time frame that stretches you a little bit but not too far out that it feels too vague. You might be wondering why do we want to live from our future self, well many times we live from out past self and it gets us stuck and we can’t move forward. When you think about where you want to be in the future, you have to be careful to not let the past paralyze you. Just know living from your future self can feel uncomfortable at times, your brain is going to want to throw a fit and say this is dumb, this doesn’t matter but I want to encourage you to keep showing up as your future self, change the decisions that you are making and keep showing up.
