Do you tend to get stuck in December and feel overwhelmed?

In today’s episode of the Mom Inspired Show, I have Andrea Herbert on the show to share with us why it’s so important to prioritize self-care during the holiday season. We talk about how it can be so easy to get stuck and why it’s important to not give up on yourself.  Also, if you are feeling that pressure during the holiday season to do it all, Andrea shares with us a story of how she learned to embrace the talents of her sister in laws instead of feeling like she needed to be just like them. So if you are feeling like you are caught in comparison or feeling guilty because you didn’t send out Christmas cards, or have blow up decorations that your kids have been begging you for in the yard or making a fabulous Christmas dinner then this episode is for you! Hear what we have to say about this topic and more on the podcast.
