Are you confused if we should be wearing SPF or not?

In today’s episode of the Mom Inspired Show, I am talking with the owner of Mama Sol, to discuss should we be using SPF and if so what kind? Arielle was shocked to find out how many toxic ingridients were in everyday products inlcuding SPF when she was pregnant. Determined to figure this out she decided to create her own mineral sunscreen that was not only “clean” but didn’t leave a white cast on her skin. If you have been struggling with figuring out what to do for both you and your kids when it comes to sunscreen you have come to the right place!
