Today I am going to be talking about being creating the ideal day. You might be thinking yeah but it’s summer and summer is constantly changing. Yes, I am talking about summer, I got you! From vacations, to VBS, to summer camps to the kids being home with you I am going to walk you through how to set up your optimal day. I explain why you need to have a minimum baseline for your goals so that you can feel successful even on the most crazy days. By creating a variety of optimal days it will give you the flexibility you need and crave so that you don’t fall in to the all or nothing trap.
