Hey you guys, I am so excited this is my 50th episode! I know when I started this journey a year ago, episode 50 sounded daunting! But time flies and this podcast has been such a labor of love and so I thought it would be a perfect episode to talk about preparing for birth and birth stories.

Today we are talking with Rebeka Watson, she is a birth doula. She shares with us about  preparing for birth and sharing birth stories and everything that goes along with this journey. She also explains what a doula does for the mom, and why they can play such an important role with your birth.  We talk about the hopes and dreams of our labor and how sometimes when you don’t get that birth of your desire, it can be hard to process those feelings.
